Building with an appointed builder?

I collaborate with trusted builders who each have their preferred order of selections to follow and local suppliers to visit:

  • Once I receive your plans and selection document, I become your guide through the colour selection process. 

  • Together, we schedule showroom visits to finalise all necessary colours for your selections. This crucial step enables the builder to receive accurate quotes, align with purchase costs (P.C) allowances, and stay within your budget. 

  • A typical appointment can take 2-3 hours, and depending on the builder, we may have multiple meetings spanning over different days. 

It's essential to appreciate the importance of this meeting to prevent delays or change of mind variations. Our strategic colour decisions on the day ensure a harmonious flow throughout your home. 

Note: Any changes afterwards to major aspects, such as floor tiles, may result in needing to revisit selections, which is not advised.
